Group Events
The practice of group breathwork holds incredible healing power. During my group events, I first lead you through a light ‘fully sitting’ yoga set, building body awareness as I guide everyone into a collective state of relaxation and receptivity. I’ll then teach you a powerful two-part breathing technique performed on your back that fosters connection and deep healing.
As every participant synchronizes their breath and taps into a collective energy, their shared focus and commitment to the practice amplifies the release of trapped emotions and energetic blockages. The group dynamic creates a safe space for vulnerability, allowing individuals to explore and express their emotions in a supportive, non-judgmental environment.
